All quotations are per person per night with bed and breakfast accommodation, and include bus transportation from hotels to conference site and vice-versa. The above listed special rates will be assumed only for requests received by January 25, 2000.

After January 25, 2000, accommodations will be processed on a "space available" basis only. Rates may increase significantly.

NOTE: Credit Card details are needed to guarantee the hotel reservation.
The accommodation will be paid directly to the Hotel (in case of no show one night will be charged on your credit card anyway).

Banquet

The IWPT 2000 social dinner will be held on Thursday, February 24 and its cost is 36.15 EUROS per person.
Note that the social dinner is not included in the conference fee.

Excursion

Transfer TRENTO - ANDALO (SKI area)- TRENTO on February 26, 2000 at 18.07 EUROS (35.000 Italian lire) per person.
A minimum of 12 persons is required.

For banquet and excursion pre-booking and pre-payment are requested.

A written confirmation will be sent back to you within a few days after receiving the registration form properly filled out.
